Grainge Architects

			Tony Pollintine BA (Hons) Dip Arch Dip Urban Design RIBA A highly creative architect with strong front end skills attuned to rapid design studies, and proven project management and team-leadership capabilities. Tony combines commercial realism with a sensitive design approach.

			James Brookes BA (Hons) Dip Arch RIBA James has excellent communication and management skills. As an energetic and creative enabler with substantial construction experience, he enjoys driving projects. He also plays a large role in management of the practice.

			Peter Harflett BSc (Hons) Peter is a sensitive designer, experienced in unlocking difficult planning constraints with creative designs and crafting these through to elegant built solutions. He takes overall responsibility for many of the practice's projects, and an active interest in others.

Grainge Architects is headed by three directors who together provide a broad cross-section of experience and skills.

The current team comprises architects, urban designers, assistant architects, technicians and administrative back-up. The practice operates an equal opportunities policy, and the team profile is a healthy cross-section of age, sex and nationality.

The practice is organised around a 'studio' concept, with all staff working together and directors maintaining close involvement in all projects.
